This site doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t ask for your location.

The light setting in the footer (follow the time, day or night) is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us. The page follows your device’s clock, which stays on your device.

We count page visits and clicks on the Kapok and Echoes of Time buttons with Vercel Web Analytics, to learn whether this site is useful. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.

If you ask for the free Kapok pages

The Kapok page has one form: your email address, in exchange for pages to print and colour. We send one email asking you to confirm the address, and nothing else until you do. Once you confirm, you get the pages, and later a short note when a new book is out.

We use the address for those emails and nothing else. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it, and we don’t use it to advertise anywhere else. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click; after that we delete the address from the list. The emails are sent with Amazon SES, which handles the delivery on our behalf.

To be taken off the list without waiting for an email, write to info@xapiripe.org and we will remove you.
